1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the mxbaji platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and mxbaji. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the mxbaji platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The mxbaji platform is designed for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the mxbaji platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. mxbaji does not make any representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.
2.3 Personal Use Only
You may only use the mxbaji platform for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party, as part of a commercial arrangement, or through any form of agency relationship is prohibited. All bets and gaming activity must be conducted by the registered account holder personally.
2.4 Single Account Policy
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the mxbaji platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the full functionality of the mxbaji platform, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi network. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.
mxbaji reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing your first withdrawal, mxbaji will require you to complete identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Verification documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) and confirmation of your registered payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details matching the registered mobile number).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is complete. mxbaji is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact mxbaji support immediately at [email protected]. mxbaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Accuracy
You must ensure that the name and contact details registered on your mxbaji account match the details on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches between account identity and payment method identity may delay or prevent withdrawal processing and may trigger an enhanced verification review.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mxbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mxbaji does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though mxbaji reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mxbaji accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
All funds deposited into your mxbaji account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts held in another person's name — are prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (see Section 3.2) and will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the mxbaji account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but mxbaji aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of a completed verification review during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
mxbaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals will not be processed while any open bets remain unsettled or while an account is under active review.
4.4 Currency
All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirement calculations, and transaction amounts on the mxbaji platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), indicated by the ৳ symbol. mxbaji does not support multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any fees their bank or mobile money provider may charge in connection with transactions to or from mxbaji.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Terms
mxbaji offers various bonuses and promotions to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to your mxbaji account are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented to you. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion; bonuses not wagered within the required period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player who has self-excluded from mxbaji or who has deposit limits that conflict with bonus terms will not be eligible to claim promotional bonuses during the period of those restrictions.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
mxbaji reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend the associated account if there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus with multiple accounts; making deposits solely to claim bonuses without any genuine gaming intent; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
mxbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, but will apply to all new claims from the date of the change. Promotions are offered at mxbaji's sole discretion and no player has an entitlement to any specific bonus or promotional offer.
6. Betting & Casino Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on the mxbaji platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and bet type. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, the official result published by the relevant governing body — such as the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, FIFA, or the relevant domestic league administration — will be used as the authoritative reference for settlement purposes.
mxbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, or placed on an event that has already started where the live status was not correctly reflected in the platform interface at the time of placement. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
6.2 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are offered where technically available. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. mxbaji does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any event at any time for operational reasons, including but not limited to network issues, data feed interruptions, or unusual betting activity patterns.
6.3 Casino Games
All digital casino games — including slots, table games, and Andar Bahar — use certified random number generation (RNG). Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility information are available within the individual game's information panel. mxbaji does not modify the RNG parameters of any game provided by its certified game studio partners, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
6.4 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round — such as a disconnection, stream failure, or dealer error — the round may be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. The decision of the mxbaji live casino management team regarding round outcomes in the event of technical incidents is final.
6.5 Maximum Winnings
mxbaji may apply maximum winnings caps on specific games, bet types, or promotional play. Where a maximum winnings cap applies, it will be disclosed in the relevant game's terms or promotion description. Any winnings in excess of a published maximum cap may be adjusted to the cap amount at mxbaji's discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mxbaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account on the mxbaji platform, whether under your own identity or using a false identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with mxbaji.
- Using the mxbaji platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way that would not be possible through normal manual use.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker variants, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over mxbaji or other players.
- Engaging in match-fixing or exploiting inside knowledge of sporting events to place bets with an unfair informational advantage.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform to gain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not have been obtained under normal operating conditions. Any such gains must be reported to mxbaji support immediately and will be reversed from the account balance.
- Using the mxbaji platform in connection with any money laundering activity or in violation of any applicable financial crime regulations.
- Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions through your bank, card issuer, or mobile money provider in bad faith — that is, disputing legitimate transactions for the purpose of retaining both the deposited funds and any winnings derived from them.
- Attempting to access another player's account, or assisting any third party in gaining unauthorised access to any mxbaji account.
- Using the mxbaji platform for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating as an agent for other players or offering sports betting or casino services to third parties using your mxbaji account.
mxbaji employs active fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity, irregular betting patterns, and potential collusion. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review, with deposits and withdrawals temporarily suspended, while the review is conducted. mxbaji will notify players of any account review via their registered email address.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by mxbaji
mxbaji reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mxbaji has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where a suspension is required for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. During a suspension, the player will be unable to place bets, play casino games, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
8.2 Permanent Closure by mxbaji
mxbaji may permanently close a player account where: (a) the player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (c) the player has failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period; (d) mxbaji is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; or (e) mxbaji determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to the player is not appropriate. Where an account is closed for breach, the account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request to close your mxbaji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, mxbaji will settle any open bets and process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. mxbaji reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the rate published on the platform at the time the dormancy period is triggered. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The total fees deducted from a dormant account will not exceed the account balance.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Platform Availability
mxbaji does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be subject to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or disruptions caused by factors outside mxbaji's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service interruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government. mxbaji will endeavour to minimise the duration and frequency of any service interruptions and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.
9.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mxbaji's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mxbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if mxbaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Third-Party Content
The mxbaji platform includes games and content supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. mxbaji does not accept liability for any errors, defects, or failures in third-party game software.
